Shipping Costs
Since Collector’s Realm is a small independent business with limited profit margins, shipping costs are passed on to the customer. This means you are responsible for these costs; however, this does not apply to returns.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. A few conditions apply when returning a product:
• The product is unopened and undamaged. • You report the return within 14 days of receiving the product. • You return the product within 14 days of your return notification. • Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Please note: Opened sealed products – such as booster packs, Elite Trainer Boxes, and other sealed Pokémon products – cannot be returned, unless there is a demonstrable defect.

Please send the item back with the order form in its original condition, without tears, stains, bends, or other defects. The full purchase amount will then be refunded to your account within 14 days. If the order is returned in poor or non-original condition, the amount will not be refunded.
Please note: Sale items cannot be returned and the purchase amount will not be refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Packages
Have you received a damaged or incorrect product? The return shipping costs are fully covered by us. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt and include photos of:
• The damaged or incorrect product. • The packaging (including any visible external transport damage).
We will then send you a free return label. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, you will receive either a replacement product or a full refund, including shipping costs.
